How to Configure the New Full Servo Vacuum Former

  • Start with the product drawing or sample: confirm length, width, height, forming depth, material and sheet thickness before finalizing the mold.
  • Use the 1220×710 mm forming area and 180 mm forming height as the machine reference, then check the product layout and trim allowance.
  • Confirm the sheet thickness range of 0.12-2.0 mm against the selected material and the required surface, wall-thickness and forming result.
  • Review the three servo ratings: 5.5 kW for upper mold movement, 5.5 kW for lower mold movement and 5.5 kW for sheet pulling.
  • Match the 100 vacuum pump, 3P water chiller and universal 1220×460-710 mm mold table with the factory installation plan.
  • Arrange a factory test using the agreed product, sheet and mold conditions before shipment when project acceptance requires product verification.

Machine Matching

Is This the Right Machine?

Best for new industrial vacuum forming projects using the listed materials, especially trays, blister packaging, inserts and other formed plastic products matched to the 1220×710 mm area.

If the product requires integrated high-output forming, cutting and stacking in one line, compare the project with a three-station thermoforming machine before ordering.
